Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

All paper quilt patterns will be packed and shipped in 2-3 business days using the shipping method selected at time of purchase. Shipping is calculated upon checkout.

Coffee cups, enamel mugs and framed artwork will be drop shipped by my manufacturer directly to you. They are made to order so they will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping will be calculated upon checkout. 

DIGITAL PATTERNS:

Digital patterns are automatically emailed to you immediately after your purchase is completed.

If you’ve purchased a downloadable PDF quilt pattern from us and are unable to find a download link in your email, please look in your spam, junk, or promotions folders. If you have any further issues finding or downloading your pattern, please email me at amy@sewnhandmade.com

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

If you accidentally made a duplicate pattern purchase, I'm happy to offer you a refund or a different pattern of equal value for 60 days after your purchase. Returns will not be accepted. Please email amy@sewnhandmade.com for further assistance.
