Hello friends!
As you know I've just released my first line of wrapping paper - yippee! Well, that got me thinking about how to make the most of it. You always end up with some little scrap of leftover wrapping paper that doesn't quite fit around any boxes. Today I'm sharing FOUR creative ways to use that little scrap. Let's jump in!

First idea: Simply frame it.
I found this cute little scalloped frame at my local Target. It holds an 8x10 photo so I cut a piece slightly bigger and taped it inside the frame just like you would a photo.
Second idea: Wrap the matting of your picture frame.
For a better look at how I did this check out this reel on my Instagram. This would be a lot simpler if you had wrapping that used a tossed, all over pattern and not a plaid. With my Sketchy Plaid wrapping I had to make sure the lines were all straight so that it didn't look funky when I was done.

Third idea: Make a book jacket.
If you're a millennial like me this will take you back. I wrapped ALL my books in middle school and some in high school too. It was the trend! This came straight back to me. Again, for a video of this book jacket check out this reel on Instagram.
Fourth idea: Make a bow!
Now this is for your tiny scraps. It worked PERFECTLY with my Playroom Wrapping paper because the pattern is 1" x 1". I cut five 1" x 9" strips and used a little elmer's glue. Check out this Reel to see how simple it is.
I hope this inspired you to use up the last little bits of your wrapping paper. This would be a fun way to create holiday or seasonal frames or bookshelves throughout the year. To shop my full collection of wrapping paper head to my shop and pick your favorite today!
(Honestly I'm just realizing these could all apply to leftover fabric too! Food for thought.)
